login and password.

2 Cairns is so far away, wouldn't
locally purchased flowers be fresher?
Answer No, because all
tropical flowers are cold sensitive they can only be grown to there
full potential in the tropics of the very north of Australia. Also we
guarantee that all of our flowers are shipped within 24 hours of picking
to maintain absolute freshness

3 How do you send the flowers?
Answer Our flowers are
only shipped by overnight air freight and delivered by courier to your
door, unlike some of our opposition who are using road transport. (Remember
it's almost 2,000 kilometres just to Brisbane from Cairns, not to mention
Melbourne.)

4 How long should tropical flowers last?
Answer All of our product is shipped in "wet pack
boxes" for maximum moisture retention and freshness. Many different
varieties make up the range of tropical flowers and many of these are
unsuitable as cut flowers. We will only supply varieties that meet our
stringent requirements for a cut flower. The minimum life you should
expect is 7-10 days but some larger types can last up to 21 days.

has an unconditional guarantee that covers
all products including any transit problems you may encounter.

6 What can I do to help my tropicals last longer?
Answer Even though the
handling and packing methods used before you receive your flowers are
critical to there overall life you can still help to get the very best
from your tropicals by handling them correctly. Click

7 Do you grow all of your own flowers?
Answer No, although we
grow about 95% of our product we do have a few selected local growers
who supply us with some "specialist" products. Nothing that
we supply is grown more than half an hour's drive from our front gate.

8 How much notice do you need for orders?
Answer Under normal circumstances
all product will arrive within 3 working days of our receipt of your
order unless you specify a specific date. (We only deliver on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays.) Emergency orders should be phoned direct to
our office.

9 Where can I send flowers?
Answer We can ship to
any town or city in Australia except those in W.A. (Due to quarantine
restrictions) We do not ship overseas.

10 Do you have gift certificates?
Answer Yes, we can easily
arrange a gift certificate for any of our product. Please email or fax
us your requirements.

11 Can I order whatever colours or varieties I like?
Answer Yes, you can order
to your specific needs but if you order one of our discounted set boxes
then you can not change them.
Question 12 Do you
give discounts for regular or volume orders?
Answer Yes, if you are
a retail customer and would like to place a regular standing order we
offer up to 20% discount. Florists should request password access to
our wholesale price list

13 Do your prices include delivery?
Answer All of our set
box combinations include free freight and delivery to you door. Freight
for specific orders will be calculated based on the weight of that order.
Larger orders are restricted to mainly metropolitan and larger country
areas.

14 Can I visit the farm?
Answer Yes, although we
are not generally open to the public, you can make an appointment to
visit us if you are in Cairns. For those of you who perhaps do not realise
how big Australia is, we are about 2,000 kilometres north of Brisbane.
We are often asked the question "we are holidaying on the Gold
Coast can we call in while we are in Queensland?" Well yes you
can but allow about 4 days for your visit!
