At Tropical Blooms we believe our customers should have the last say
on our quality and service. For this reason we cover our entire product
with a no argument unconditional guarantee into your store or home.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with any of our flowers
then please contact us within 48 hours and we will replace them free
of charge.
Although we do everything in our power to maintain
only the highest standards of quality and service we do realise that
occasionally problems can occur. Once the flowers leave our hands we
are at the mercy of our carriers, and although their service is excellent
sometirnes transit loss, unreasonable delay or damage happens. Our guarantee
covers you for this possibility as well.
