Our unconditional product guarantee

We realise that one of your main concerns will be buying our product "sight unseen". We therefore provide an unconditional guarantee on everything we sell. If you have any issues or concerns with our product quality when it arrives, just let us know and we will either replace, refund or credit your account. Its that simple.

When you buy any product from Tropical Blooms, you do so with complete confidence. 

We deliver twice per-week throughout Australia

We ship to most states and territories throughout Australia twice per week (pending quarantine restrictions). Orders typically arrive Wednesday / Thursday or Monday / Tuesday. We ship via overnight air-freight and courier to get your shipments to you as quick as possible. 

All product is packaged in our custom designed "wet pack" box's for maximum freshness and we guarantee it leaves our premise within 24 hours from when we pick the Tropical Flowers and Foliage or when our imported Orchids arrive at the farm. We do not ship internationally

Simple payment terms

Payment can be made via direct bank deposit, Paypal and credit card.

Wholesale customers can pay via a trading account and volume discounts can apply (excluding Valentines and Mothers Day periods).

A strict 14 day payment terms upon request. **We maintain a strict overdue accounts policy and account holders will be subject to additional interest fees and debt collection service fees if overdue accounts remain outstanding and late collection services are required.**

Our Privacy Promise

We will not disclose any personal information we collect to process a sale or communicate with you or your business. This includes Name, Address, Email and Phone number.

The only time this information wil be shared to any person outside of Tropical Blooms is when you (the customer) has authorised us to do so or it is required by law to disclose such information.

Furthermore, under no circumstances will we sell or receive payments or services for disclosing our customer's personal information to an external company. We have no interest whatsoever in monetising your personal information via other third party services.
