Terms and Conditions

At Tropical Blooms we realise that one of the main concerns for our customers is buying our product "sight unseen". For this reason we cover you with an unconditional guarantee on everything we send. When you buy flowers from us you can do so with complete confidence.

Product is sent by airfreight in "wet pack boxes" and delivered to your door by express courier. Our normal delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We do not deliver on weekends, public holidays or overseas.

You should allow 3 days from our receipt of your order for normal deliveries. You can specify a specific delivery date but please remember our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Should you require an urgent order please phone us direct and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment for our flowers can be made by credit card, direct bank debit, cheque or on 14-day account. Click here for account application. (Account facilities are only available to florists, wholesalers and regular business customers,) Direct debit details are available on request.

Delivery

Prices shown include delivery and packaging to your store anywhere in Australia.(W.A. quarantine compliance costs make that state unviable for small shipments)

Delivery is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, by overnight air freight and courier to most areas. All product is shipped in "wet pack" box's for maximum freshness.
